Located on the PARIS LILLE BRUSSELS axis, les Ateliers d’X will be built in immediate proximity of the motorway axes (A1/E17 then A27/E42, A8 and E403-A17), in the heart of Futur X Park, nearby the ‘Les Dauphins’ shopping center.

Serenity is the other asset of this project: bright warehouses located within a secure business center, offices with top-of-the range finishes, large car park, green spaces.
